1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Notout website, mobile experience, sportsbook and live casino products (together, the "Platform"), operated for Bangladeshi players under a Curacao 8048/JAZ master licence. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or hold an account. Age is verified at signup and again before any withdrawal is released.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming under the laws that apply to you. It is your responsibility to check your local rules before playing.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any balance forfeited.
• Employees, agents and immediate family members of Notout are not permitted to hold a playing account.

3. Account Registration and Verification (KYC)

• Accounts are opened with a Bangladeshi mobile number and a 4-digit PIN. Verification is automatic for Bangladeshi numbers, and most players can deposit and bet within 60 seconds of signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account details confidential. Notout will never ask for your bKash PIN or bank password.
• Your PIN can be reset via a one-time OTP sent to your registered number, up to three times in any 24-hour period.
• We may ask for a National ID (NID) upload to confirm your identity. This is required once your cumulative deposits pass Tk 50,000, and unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits.
• Notout may suspend an account at any time to complete identity, age or source-of-funds checks, and may decline to open or may close an account at its discretion, including where information provided is false or incomplete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or a Bangladesh-issued Visa, Mastercard or Amex card. The minimum deposit is Tk 200.
• Mobile-wallet deposits are matched to a one-time merchant number and reference code shown at checkout; card deposits settle instantly. A processing fee may be charged by your bank on card deposits, Notout does not add its own deposit fee.
• Withdrawals have a minimum of Tk 500 and a maximum of Tk 50,000 per transaction, with multiple withdrawals allowed per day. The default daily withdrawal limit is Tk 5,00,000, with higher limits available once your NID is verified.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that matches the name on your Notout account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Player funds are held in accounts segregated from Notout's operating funds, with daily reconciliation.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your balance, contact support with your reference code before attempting the payment again.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• The standard welcome offer matches your first deposit 100%, up to Tk 20,000. The bonus portion carries a 6x wagering requirement on cricket, football or live casino before it can be withdrawn; your original deposit carries no wagering requirement and has no expiry.
• Ongoing promotions (daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, weekend free bets, tournament boosts and others) are described in full, with their own specific terms, on the Promotions page and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
• Accumulator and multi-bet bonuses apply to bets of 4 or more legs, up to a maximum of 14 legs, and pay an additional 3% to 50% depending on the number of legs.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, arbitrage or no-risk betting patterns, or colluding with other players to extract bonus funds, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to account closure.
• Notout reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its discretion.

6. Betting Rules

• Odds and markets shown in the app are indicative until your bet slip is confirmed; the price you accept at confirmation is the price you are paid on.
• Cricket and football fixtures typically carry 120+ pre-match markets and 80+ in-play markets, with live cash-out available on most events. Cash-out prices update continuously based on live odds and are only guaranteed at the moment you accept them.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed, standard sportsbook rules apply: bets on markets tied to the official result are void and stakes returned, unless the market had already been unconditionally determined before the interruption. Market-specific rules are shown in the bet slip footer before you confirm a bet.
• Notout reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical or pricing error, and to correct account balances accordingly.
• Live casino games, including Aviator and Crash, use certified random-number generation audited by GLI; Aviator and Crash additionally use provably-fair seeds that you can verify independently.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform if you are under 18, or if online betting is unlawful for you where you live
• use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or to disguise the proceeds of crime
• use bots, scripts, colluding accounts or any automated system to place bets or claim bonuses
• attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform's software or security
• share your account, PIN or login details with anyone else

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds connected to the prohibited activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gambling

• Notout provides tools to help you stay in control: deposit, loss and session limits, and self-exclusion for a fixed period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or permanently. These are available under Account, then Responsible Play.
• If you feel your play is becoming a problem, you can self-exclude immediately, or contact our support team on WhatsApp and ask for "Player Welfare"; we will close your account, refund any pending bets, and connect you with the BSCS counselling line.
• Gambling involves risk. Please play within your means and treat any winnings as a bonus, not an income.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Platform belong to Notout or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notout is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by internet or network failure, delays outside our reasonable control, or your own misuse of your account. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, payment partners or regulatory obligations. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date; continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
